Good training, solid platform

I signed up for an All Access Membership back in January to get serious about my Peloton training. The onboarding was smooth; I connected my Peloton account and it synced up pretty quickly. I joined a Power Zone Max Challenge. The Performance Tracking Dashboard is really useful for seeing my progress, especially the Power Zone Graphs. I had a small hiccup with my Historical Progress Reports not updating right away, so I used their support chat. They got back to me within a few hours and fixed it, saying it was a known, minor bug. Overall, the structured training helped me push my FTP a lot. I also got a Cycling Jersey, which is good quality and fits well. It took about 6 days to arrive, which was fine.

This isn't my first rodeo with Power Zone Pack. I've been a member for two years now, renewing my All Access Membership each time. Their challenges, like the Endurance Rides and HIIT Rides, are consistently well-organized. I really appreciate the Peloton Workout Sync and how reliable it is. It's why I keep coming back; no surprises, just solid training and good data. The Team Challenges are fun too.

Love the challenges!

I absolutely love Power Zone Pack! The Power Zone Max Challenges are so engaging and really push me. I've seen such an improvement in my riding since getting the All Access Membership. The community is fantastic, and I love the Team Challenges. I will definitely be renewing my membership next year!

Mostly good, one small issue

I enrolled in a Power Zone Training Challenge and got the All Access Membership. The platform's integration with my Peloton was seamless, and the Personalized Zone Calculations were accurate. I found the Leaderboard Access motivating. However, the Strava Integration sometimes lagged a bit for me; not every ride pushed over instantly. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it, suggesting a re-sync, which helped. Overall, a positive experience and good value for the training provided.
